Tammy Baldwin Pulls Ahead Because of Democratic Plant, Facebook Censorship

Image
Facebook even removed a reader's post that said, "Vote for Hovde!" labeling it spam. Leftist Democrat Tammy Baldwin has pulled ahead by just over 27,000 votes in a state, benefiting from a despicable Democratic trick on voters that she never repudiated, as well as aggressive censorship by Facebook against Republican businessman Eric Hovde, which ramped up as the election tightened. Facebook blatantly - and outrageously - interfered in the close Wisconsin race for U.S. Senate by repeatedly removing a Wisconsin Right Now news story that alerted voters about an "America First" candidate, Thomas Leader, who was recruited by Democrats in a deceptive attempt to defeat Hovde. As of 8 a.m. on 11/6, Leager had more than 28,000 votes, according to the Associated Press - more than Baldwin's margin of victory. She had declared victory. Hovde has not yet conceded. The Associated Press first exposed the fact that Leager was recruited by Democrats who were h

Wisconsin Approves Constitution Change to Prevent Noncitizen Voting

Image
Wisconsin voters approved a state constitution change requiring someone to be a citizen to vote in elections. The ballot measure had 75% approval with more than 95% of the statewide voted tallied. Currently, the Wisconsin constitution states that "Every United States citizen age 18 or older who is a resident of an election district" is a qualified voter; the ballot proposal would replace the phrase “every United States citizen” with “only a United States citizen.” The ballot measure comes as leaders across the state called for a process for the state to check its voter rolls for noncitizens and remove them, ensuring election integrity in the state. Currently, election commissions cannot check their rolls with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to ensure an estimated 90,000 individuals who are currently legally in the state, who can get a drivers license, do not register to vote. Several voting groups across the state spoke out against the ballot measure,

Why Trump Won Wisconsin

Image
On Tuesday morning, before the polls closed, we wrote a story called "15 Reasons Trump Will Win Wisconsin." We talked to literally hundreds of Wisconsin voters this election season, all over the state. As Wisconsin's leading conservative news site and Wisconsinites ourselves, we have a close sense of the pulse of this state. And win, Trump did. Wisconsin ended up putting him over the electoral map victory threshold, sending an ecstatic U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson and Wisconsin GOP Chair Brian Schimming to the podium at the Ingleside Hotel in Waukesha, where Johnson noted that the immigration chart he gave Trump saved his life, so it was fitting that Wisconsin put Trump over. Our columnist, Terrence Wall, also wrote a column about why Trump would win. Read it here. Johnson and Schimming deserve a lot of credit for Trump's Wisconsin victory. And the crowd in Waukesha loved them for it, as they mixed with regular folks in the crowd until well past midnight. Wiscons

Milwaukee Central Count Meltdown: Seals Broken on Ballot Tabulators, County GOP Chair Says

Image
The seals were discovered broken on multiple tabulator machines this afternoon at Milwaukee’s Central Count, Milwaukee GOP Chairman Hilario Deleon told WRN. “The seals are broken,” Deleon said. “It’s a huge red flag. It should not have happened.” [caption id="attachment_310479" align="alignleft" width="300"] Hilario Deleon[/caption] He said Paulina Gutierrez, Milwaukee Election Commission Executive Director resealed the machines with Deleon watching as an election observer. “She looked like she was going to have a nervous breakdown,” Deleon said of Gutierrez, when she learned of the seal issue. “She was very transparent. She said, ‘We have to fix this right away.’” Jefferson Davis, a #GOP election observer at #Milwaukee Central Count, told #Wisconsin Right Now that he personally observed the seals. He said that 13 machines were affected. Davis said he was told Milwaukee won’t have its absentee ballots counted now until 2 or 3 a.m. H

Why a Vote for Trump Makes Sense [WRN VOICES]

Image
Subject: Why Vote for Trump? I’ve got a service provider/ consultant friend of mine that we use for our larger buildings who’s a liberal. (Choke, cough, gag. Sorry, I had to clear my throat.) I’ve tried to explain to him that his livelihood depends on Harris not getting elected; not that I would stop hiring him, because unlike the left, I don’t believe in trying to cancel people or businesses, but rather because he works for developers. Of course, he also works for governments too, and his firm has benefited greatly from the massive government spending at all levels of government, from the federal government down to the state to local to schools. So, on the other hand, I can see where he personally benefits from the spending. But if Harries gets elected, he will lose a lot of business from developers, because like me, many developers plan on curtailing development of new housing (MF or SF) because she has promised to raise taxes and even implement a wealth tax. A wealth tax i

15 Reasons Trump Will Win Wisconsin

We were both raised in Wisconsin, one of us in northwestern Wisconsin and the other in the southeast. We went to high school and college here, and we live here, in different counties. We've talked to literally hundreds of Wisconsin voters this election season, all over the state. And we think Donald Trump will win Wisconsin. But it's always a tough fight in Wisconsin, where many elections are decided by 10-30,000 votes. A lot has changed in Wisconsin since 2020, from improvements in the Republican ground game to the growth of conservative media and a strong push for early voting. Here's why we think Trump will win the state: 1. The Issues Favor Trump The top reasons Trump will win here are the same reasons we think he'll win the presidency: The economy and the border. At the end of the day, Kamala Harris has not been able to deliver a coherent message on those topics nor explain how she would be different from Joe Biden. Instead, in what may have been the key

Trump Sues CBS News in Texas Over Edited 60 Minutes Interview of Harris

Image
Former President Donald Trump sued CBS News in federal court in Texas alleging it violated the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Trump sued CBS Broadcasting Inc. in U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas Amarillo Division alleging the network’s “partisan and unlawful acts of election and voter interference through malicious, deceptive, and substantial news distortion calculated to (a) confuse, deceive, and mislead the public, and (b) attempt to tip the scales in favor of the Democratic Party” in the 2024 presidential election, the 19-page brief states. The lawsuit alleges CBS News violated the Texas Business and Commerce Code and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) when it aired two different versions of an interview with Vice President Kamala Harris. On Oct. 5 and 6, CBS News “aired two different versions of its 60 Minutes interview with Kamala” citing examples of the differences between the versions. In both clips, Harris is asked abo

RNC Sues Milwaukee for Shutting Out Poll Watchers

Image
Monday, the Republican National Committee sued the Milwaukee Elections Commission for the city's plan to limit poll watchers in certain precincts on Election Day. According to a RNC press release: The Milwaukee Elections Commission announced over the weekend that certain voting precincts may be limited to only one Republican and one Democrat poll watcher on Election Day. They have not disclosed which precincts will be affected, further reducing transparency in the process. There is no way to ensure that an official RNC poll watcher will be allowed to observe the process. Every outside group would also be completely denied the ability to observe. This is a concerning directive and must be reversed immediately. RNC Chairman Michael Whatley and Co-Chair Lara Trump stated: “Wisconsin voters deserve to know that there are poll watchers from both parties in the room as votes are being cast and counted on Election Day. The RNC has not recruited and traine

'Inspiring and Eye-opening': Gen Z's Interest in Skilled Trades is Rising

Image
Social media’s influence is causing Gen Z’s interest in skilled trades to rise, according to a report by Thumbtack – something a trade organization co-director said is “inspiring and eye-opening.” “55% of Gen Zers are considering a skilled trade career (up 12% from last year) – including 72% of those with a college degree,” Thumbtack’s report stated. Thumbtack is a company that helps people “care for and improve their homes” by finding a skilled tradesman nearby. “84% of both Gen Zers and their parents express high respect for the skilled trades,” according to Thumbtack’s report. The report shows that social media is a driving force behind Gen Z’s interest in trades, with “67% of Gen Zers – including 78% of those with a college degree – [saying] social media has increased their interest in these professions.” “Skilled trades professionals are driving this trend, with 60% of pros saying that their careers are becoming increasingly ‘Instagrammable,’” the report stated, w

The Taxpayer Funded Dorm Racket at UW

Image
This is an opinion piece. Let’s first start with the UW’s desire to build more dorms using hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars while they scream about a lack of funding from the legislature. With the UW-Madison adding 10,000 new students last year and another 1,400 more a month ago, it’s no wonder that they are short on dorm rooms. Surprise! (It never fails to amaze me at their arrogance, but wait, maybe it wasn’t arrogance, rather, I think they deliberately wanted to add thousands of more students so they can sign them up to vote in our elections.) They forget, however, that the private sector has been adding thousands of new dorm beds in Madison over the last ten years, but hey, why let the private sector build dorms when the UW wants to use your money to build taxpayer funded dorms instead? I certainly hope the state legislature does not fall for the UW’s phony arguments for more dorm rooms. There’s no reason for the UW to spend hundreds of millions of taxpayer dolla

Why I'm Expecting a Trump Win on Tuesday

Image
This is an opinion column. So Komrade Harris takes off a couple days to recover - and tells her media co-conspirators to repeat the phrase that her opponent is low energy. Excuse me? That really takes some nerve. The problem with her is the serial lying. Americans are just tired of it. But I have to admit, that on Wednesday night after seeing Trump in the garbage truck in Green Bay is the first time in four years that I have felt good. I actually feel upbeat, hopeful, and excited for real change - as in we move away from the Biden/Harris Marxist regime. The real problem that I think Harris has, well, besides her remarkable stupidity, is that she has no core principles and no team. Reagan had a great team backing him; Trump has a team, but Biden and Harris do not. Everyone is running amok behind the scenes doing their own thing, promoting their own individual agenda, (just like what is happening with the Evers administration in Wisconsin). Teams win, whereas leaders without g

City of Madison & Madison School Referendums Would Add Massive Tax Burden

Image
This is an opinion piece. These city of Madison and Madison School Districts referendums are going to add a massive tax burden on homeowners and renters. I calculate that taxes will increase by over $1,600 for a typical home and over $600 per year per apartment (which is $50 per month) once fully implemented. Now comes along Dane County and their allegedly whoas…crying about limits on their ability to tax you and me. (Now I know why Parisi retired as county executive; he saw this coming.) The county budget is up to almost $1 Billion, yes, that’s billion with a “b”. It’s stunning how a county, which isn’t growing in size - villages and cities grow, but the county remains the same size, needs so much more money every year, in spite of the fact that as villages and cities grow, those expenses move from the county to the village/city. Worse the local rag claims the county is a ‘victim’ in this matter. The headline says that “costs keep rising” as revenue slows. Well, first the cou

2.5 Million From 4 Central America Countries Illegally Entered US Since 2021

Image
Under the Biden-Harris administration, more than 2.5 million illegal border crossers were reported from Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. The total excludes gotaways, those who illegally entered the U.S. and evaded capture. It also excludes the number of inadmissibles from these countries who were released into the U.S. through a so-called family reunification program (FRP) program created by Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. Mayorkas created at least 13 parole programs identified as illegal by U.S. House Republicans who impeached him for them and other policies they argue created the border crisis. Among them was the CHNV parole program created for inadmissible citizens of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela. Combined with illegal border crossers, they total more than 3 million under the Biden-Harris administration, The Center Square exclusively reported. In July 2023, Mayorkas implemented the FRP program for inadmissible citizens

South Carolina Sheriff Under Fire For Refusing to Cooperate With ICE

Image
A South Carolina sheriff is under fire for refusing to cooperate with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. U.S. House representatives who chair the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Accountability subcommittees are demanding answers from a Charleston County, South Carolina, sheriff in response to its noncompliance with ICE detainer requests. U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace, R-SC, and U.S. Rep. Glenn Grothman, R-Wis., sent a letter to Sheriff Kristin Graziano about her refusal to cooperate with ICE. They also announced they are investigating instances of local law enforcement agencies nationwide that refuse to cooperate with ICE. They’re referring to a federal immigration law 287(g) program that authorizes ICE to designate some state and local law enforcement officers with specific immigration officer functions under its oversight. ICE explains the 287(g) program “enhances the safety and security of our nation’s communities” by allowing ICE officers “to partner with state and
